Work Records: Movement

Movement

In this lesson I was taking pictures of things showing movement. I had to make the shutter speed very slow so that it would create the blur. I would either take photos of things that had movement such as doors closing, cars and jumping or I took pictures of stationary objects and moved the camera. To improve the photos from this lesson I would leave college so that there are more things that show movement.

This is an effective movement photo because the blurring shows the movement of the car against the stationary background. I think when I took photo I moved slightly as the background is also slightly blurred, so to improve this picture I would make sure i keep still in order to only capture the moevement of the object.

This is a good movement picture because the focus is on Beth's movement as she is really blurred compared to the background.

When I took this photo my aim was for the wind to blow and the leaves and tree to blow and show movement. This photo didn't really go as planned as the movement wasn't really obvious enough to create an effective movement photo.
