Work Records: Pattern

Pattern
In this lesson I looked at pattern in photography. From research I found most patterns are found in animals fur and birds feathers as well as plants and flowers. To improve my pattern photos I would do the shoot out of college to get a wider range of patterns to photograph. I would also make sure that it is obvious that pattern is the thing that I am photographing.
I like this photo because the flower makes an interesting pattern and I think that this is quite a nice photo. To improve it I would zoom into the photo a little more to make sure its clear that pattern is the reason it has been taken.

I like this photograph because it shows a wide variety of patterns instead of just one. To change or improve this photograph I would try and single out some of the patterns so it is clear this is what is being photographed.
I dont like this photograph because it is not clear that pattern is the reason for the photo. Also the drain is not central and not an attractive thing to photograph and the colour on one side takes away the focus from pattern that the drain had.
