Work Records: Walk One

Walk (one)
In this lesson we went for a walk out of the college. The original aim for the lesson was to photograph autumn colours but unfortunately the leaves were still not green. We were then just photographing things that could be used for the competition with 'quiet reflection' in mind. I think some of the photos I took turned out very well and fitted with the title, others I feel could have been improved on.

I like this photograph because the sun creates an interesting glow in the trees creating quite an interesting unique photo. I also like that the angle looks up from below the trees emphasising the height and power of the trees.

I think this is an effective photo because the blackberry's are central and I like the way they are all red except the one in the middle which has changed to black. I think this is a good representation of the changing seasons which fits with the autumn colours. The blackberry's are also in focus where as the background blurs slightly which I would emphasize if I was to edit the photo.

I don't think this photo is very effective or a very interesting photo. Although the photo shows autumn red it doesn't really show much else. The photo is a little boring as it only shows one of the autumn colours.
